How does it work?
Pick your voters with the district tool, send us your letter (or draft it with us), and approve the final text and signature. Robot pens then write each letter in real ink, and we stamp and mail them.
Are the letters really written with a pen?
Yes. A robotic arm holds a real pen and writes every letter and envelope in ink. Nothing is printed to look like handwriting.
Does the candidate sign each letter?
The pen signs each letter from a signature sample you send us, in the same ink as the letter. The candidate does not need to sign anything by hand.
What's included in the price?
The letter written in ink, a hand-addressed envelope, a real postage stamp, the candidate's signature, your “Paid for by” line and the mailing. The voter list comes from the district you pick.
Is there a minimum order?
We confirm any minimum in your quote, based on your list and timing.
How fast can you mail?
We give you a mail date with your quote. Tell us your election date so we can plan around it.
Who writes the “Paid for by” line?
Your campaign supplies the exact wording and approves it with the rest of the letter. We write it as given.
What about privacy and my voter list?
The district tool shows counts only, never names or addresses. Your list is used to address your letters.
